What is Article 22? Why is it Wrong?

Knights of Columbus State Chaplain Fr. Tim Naples speaks with Deacon Pete Gummere about the referendum on Article 22 scheduled for vote November 8, 2022. If it receives 50%+1 votes (a simple plurality) in favor from the public, it will cause the following to be added permanently to the Constitution of the State of Vermont:

Article 22: “an individual’s right to personal reproductive autonomy is central to the liberty and dignity to determine one’s own life course and shall not be denied or infringed unless justified by a compelling State interest achieved by the least restrictive means.

Why is this wrong, and what are the consequences? Check out the conversation.
